Sandellsandberg have together with Lerstenen hotellfastigheter AB, Forspro AB and Elite Hotel developed a new 12- storey hotel in the central harbor of Örnsköldsvik. The building will be the city’s tallest and will be cladded with aluminum panels in different metallic shades to give the building a shimmering and varied expression throughout the different seasons of the year.
