HSB Nordvästra Skåne have developed a proposal for multifamily housing in Helsingborg designed by sandellsandberg. The project is located at a prominent site over-looking Pålsjöbadet on the Öresund waterfront. The 38 unique apartment layouts, with large terraces for each apartment, are clearly visible in the form and variation of the facades.
