Our client asked us to propose a modernization of a 1980s office block containing office workplaces and conference areas. We added two new slabs of glass in the 65x70 meter-wide open courtyard, creating new interconnections in the rigid existing structure of the floor plan. A new front was also added, shifting from transparent to translucent, that faces the main square of Kista.
